“He truly went above and beyond for me…”

I met Brad Hagan through my ergonomist at UCSF. The ergonomist works with lots of companies and has been impressed with his service and ethic and suggested that I order a chair from him.

First he came to my home and brought a number of chair options for me to try. He carried all of them up two flights of steps! After choosing one to sample, he left the chair for me to try for two weeks. He then brought a second option for me to try and left that one for three weeks. How often do you have a company bring multiple chair options directly to your home and then leave them there so you can really test them out and get a true idea of whether they work for your body?! Never!

Once I decided on a chair, Brad helped me place my order and then delivered my purchased chair to my home. After trying the new chair for a couple of weeks, I found that the seat pan was a little firmer than I had anticipated. He insisted that any chair I bought needed to be right for me and he would work to find a solution. He decided to order me a new seat pan that he custom tailored with the manufacturer and delivered it and installed it on my existing chair, all at no charge.

Each time he came, I would say, how many people get this level of service?! He would always respond, “I do this from the heart.” He always had many larger clients to see on the days he came to my house but he never let it seem like I was less important.

I now have my Goldilocks chair thanks to all Brad’s efforts. He truly went above and beyond for me. Not only is he professional, knowledgeable and thorough, he is a wonderful human being!
